01 Our Refund Philosophy

At Blobbots AI we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We want you to feel confident buying from us. At the same time, because our products are digital — delivered instantly and accessed immediately — we are not able to offer blanket refunds the way a physical goods store might.

This policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting the work we put into every system, guide, and workflow. Please read it carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, email us at support@blobbots.ai — we are happy to answer anything.

02 Digital Downloads — Starter PDFs & Pro Systems

All digital products — including Starter PDF guides, Pro System workflow files (n8n JSON, Make blueprints, Zapier templates), and Bundle packages — are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon purchase.

Because these products are delivered and accessible instantly, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the product has been delivered to your email or accessed via download link.

You never received the product after purchase If your download link or delivery email never arrived due to a technical error on our end, we will either resend immediately or issue a full refund.

The product is materially different from its description If what you received is fundamentally different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will review the claim.
🚫 Not Eligible
You changed your mind after downloading Buyer's remorse is not grounds for a refund on a digital product you have already accessed.
🚫 Not Eligible
The third-party tools required are too expensive Costs for Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, or other required platforms are separate from the Blobbots product price and are your responsibility. This is disclosed before purchase.

The automation did not produce the business results you expected Results depend on your implementation, business type, tools, and effort. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and this is not grounds for a refund.

You purchased the wrong product Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We recommend emailing us with questions before buying if you are unsure.

03 Done-For-You Services

Done-For-You (DFY) installation services involve real time and labor from our team. The following refund schedule applies:

✅ 50% Refund
Installation has not yet started If you cancel your DFY order before our team has begun any work, we will refund 50% of the service fee. The remaining 50% covers the booking, planning, and administrative time already committed.
🚫 No Refund
Installation is in progress or complete Once our team has begun work on your installation — including discovery, setup, configuration, or testing — no refund is available for the service fee.
✅ Full Remedy
The installation is defective or incomplete due to our error If we failed to deliver what was agreed in your DFY scope, we will either fix it at no charge or issue a partial refund proportional to the work not completed. We stand behind our work.
DFY Scope Agreement: Before any DFY work begins, you will receive a clear written scope of what will be installed and configured. Keeping a copy of this scope is important — it is the reference point for any disputes about what was or was not delivered.

04 How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.

Include your order number, the product name, and a clear description of the issue or reason for the request.

Our team will respond within 2 business days to review your request and let you know if it qualifies.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

05 Chargebacks & Disputes

We understand that sometimes things go wrong and we want to resolve any issues directly. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us at support@blobbots.ai — we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged, your license to use Blobbots products being revoked, and your details being noted to prevent future purchases. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith for products that were delivered as described are considered fraudulent and will be contested.

06 Bundle Purchases

Bundles (Complete Starter Bundle, Complete Pro Bundle) are sold as a single package. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available. If you qualify for a refund on a bundle under the eligible scenarios in Section 2, the refund applies to the full bundle price.

If anything in this policy is unclear or you have a situation not covered here, just ask before you buy. We would rather answer your questions upfront than deal with a dispute after.
